What is Executive and Leadership Coaching?

Executive coaches partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Coaches can be be your sounding board, confidante, accountability partner, advocate and people who challenge you all at once.

Who Do I Work With?

I work with dynamic, motivated, fun women and people of racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds who may have taken on a new leadership role or might be looking to grow their careers or are thinking about making a transition. I help them explore and define the path for the life and career they really want by providing a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space to help them define success and get it on their own terms.  

How Does It Work?

In coaching engagements, I guide clients through a process of inquiry, feedback, assessments, and looking inward to discover not just what they do and have accomplished, but also how they work and what makes them feel inspired, motivated, and purposeful. Together, we generate insights and map out a development plan to reach their goals based on strengths and development needs.

Coaching Offerings

1:1 Executive + Leadership Coaching

Let’s start with a 30-Min Discovery Call to determine if we are a great fit. If we decide to work together, a six-month coaching program with me would look like:

  • 75-Min Intro Session

  • Signed Coaching contract —if we're a great fit, we then establish agreements and begin work together

  • Coaching

    • Two (2) 55-min coaching sessions per month (via Zoom or phone)

    • Unlimited text and email support between sessions

    • Bonus two (2) 55-min coaching sessions to use whenever you wish
